Teaching
Professor Griffiths has been a Visiting Expert at the United Nations Asia and Far East Institute for the Prevention of Crime and Treatment of Offenders (UNAFEI) in Tokyo, Japan, a Visiting Fellow at the American University in Cairo, Egypt, and a Visiting Professor at Tokiwa University in Mito, Ibaraki, Japan. He also serves as a mentor for students enrolled in the Master’s program at the Netherlands School of Public Administration (NSOB) in The Hague.
Dr. Griffiths is often asked to facilitate workshops on a variety of police and justice-related topics. These have included sessions on the economics of policing, crime reduction, restorative justice, and organizational change in police services.
